Have you ever noticed that your stool is irregular? At times, it is watery, hard, stiff, breakage, or more. These are a few of the kinds of stools that tells about your stool.
Keep in mind: not just the shape or the texture but the color of your stool can tell a lot about your health. Almost all of you are aware of the normal color of the stool that is Brown. But many times you have seen the unusual color too. Why is that? Let's figure it out.
- Whitish or Greysih Stool: you get such stool when you lack bile in your body. There might a possibility that the problems are with the liver. This can make the stool color white or grey.
- Green Stool: the green color stool can be a sign that you have eaten a lot of green veggies or fruits. But if not then there is a little thing to worry about. The second reason could be that your stool might have been to the digestive system too quickly.
- Yellow Stool: it can be a sign that your stool has a lot of fats issues or a digestive problem. It is because the testing system fails down to break the food.
- Black Stool: the stool of color in black appears because of the medicine intake.
